All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Large or Custom Orders: 5–10 business days
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or provided in your custom quote.
Delivery Requirements
- Ensure accurate shipping details at checkout to avoid delays.
- Large turf rolls may require assistance during unloading.
- Some deliveries may be curbside only.
Order Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. Synthetic Turf Depot is not liable for delays beyond our control but will assist in tracking and resolving issues.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Return requests must be made within 7–14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-cut or made-to-order turf
- Clearance or final sale items
- Installed or used products
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your order details
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Ship the product back to the designated address
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
- We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly
