By using our locksmith services, you confirm that you agree to and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.<\/p><p><strong>2.\u2060 \u2060Services Offered<\/strong><br \/><br \/>We provide a range of locksmith services, including:<\/p><p>Emergency lockouts<br \/>Lock replacements and repairs<br \/>uPVC door and window lock services<br \/>Security upgrades<br \/>Key cutting (where applicable)<br \/>Commercial and residential locksmith support<br \/>All services are subject to availability and confirmation.<\/p><p><strong>3.\u2060 \u2060Bookings and Emergency Call-Outs<\/strong><br \/><br \/>You may request a service by phone, email, or our website (if applicable).<br \/>Emergency call-out services are available subject to engineer availability.<br \/>If an appointment is cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, a call-out fee may be charged.<br \/>If we arrive at the property and are unable to gain access due to no fault of our own, a minimum call-out charge will apply.<\/p><p><strong>4.\u2060 \u2060Prices and Payment<\/strong><br \/><br \/>Pricing will be confirmed prior to work commencing. Emergency work may incur premium rates.<br \/>Additional parts or labour required during a job will be communicated and priced transparently.<br \/>Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<br \/>We accept payments via cash, debit\/credit card, or bank transfer.<br \/>Invoices (if applicable) must be paid within 7 days.<\/p><p><strong>5.\u2060 \u2060Liability<\/strong><br \/><br \/>We hold valid public liability insurance.<br \/>We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputation damage arising from our services.<br \/>We are not liable for damage caused while gaining access using non-destructive or destructive entry methods, if agreed with the customer.<\/p><p><strong>6.\u2060 \u2060Access and Permissions<\/strong><br \/><br \/>You confirm that you are the legal property owner, tenant, or authorised party able to grant access for the work.<br \/>You accept full responsibility for any legal issues arising from unauthorised access requests.<\/p><p><strong>7.\u2060 \u2060Complaints and Dispute Resolution<\/strong><br \/><br \/>If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us promptly:<br \/>Email: enquiries@totalcarelocksmiths.com<br \/>Phone: +44 7883 278 316<br \/>We will aim to resolve complaints within 5 working days.
